Under 21 Hurling

The U21 hurlers had a good run out against Cappawhite last night. It took our lads a few minutes to adjust to playing under lights, but they soon settled and put in a good shift for the hour. We traveled with a fairly strong panel that was bolstered by the very welcome return to action by Stevie O' Connell. Stevie has been blighted with injury these past few seasons and it is tremendous to see him
back in an Og jersey. We were trailing by a solitary point when the game was blown up a few minutes early after an injury to Shane Fehilly. Thankfully the prognosis is good for him and he may be able to eventually contribute to society after all. Final score: 1.15 to 2.11

A big thank you to all the boys for making themselves available, we are lining up more challenges as we speak.

Panel: Dean Horton, Aaron Arrigan, Marc Ahearne, Paddy Power, Declan Bennett, Graham Quinn, Shane Fehilly, Matthew Norris, Darragh Kearney, Michael Lynch, Cian Hogan, Eddie Power, Stevie O' Connell, Dean Kelleher, Conor Arrigan, Neil Fox, Paul Deady
